For 25 years, I've occupied the rarest seat in leadership development - the journalists chair.
Trust has become
a rare commodity in business
In boardrooms and team meetings around the globe, the same crisis is unfolding, as trust evaporates so does everything built upon it: engagement, loyalty, productivity.
While others theorize about trust, I've witnessed firsthand how careers, companies and cultures crumble when authenticity is sacrificed.
from breaking news to breakthroughs
From interviewing politicians under fire to challenging corporate titans during crises, I bring a veteran journalist's spidey sense for detecting the hairline trust fractures that eventually become catastrophic breaks.

ABOUT
Ignite Authenticity,
Build Lasting Trust
My journey from the anchor desk to your stage wasn't planned.
For 25 years, I sat across from power—interviewing prime ministers during national crises, CEOs steering through uncertainty, and celebrities as controversies swirled.
Through thousands of interviews and countless press conferences, I noticed a pattern that became a bit of an obsession. The leaders who thrived weren't necessarily the most polished or prepared—they were the most authentic.
Today, I translate what I've learned from looking into the eyes of presidents, prime ministers, and titans of industry into actionable strategies for leaders at every level. Not because I have all the answers, but because I've had the rare privilege of witnessing, in real-time, how trust flourishes when authenticity becomes a leader's most powerful asset—and the consequences when it's absent.
Let's build something real together.
